For account managers and ops managers in hospitality

Talk to your customers. Fieldnote writes it up.

WhatsApp chats, voice notes, calls and site visits become clean CRM notes, tasks and reports. No more typing it all up at 9pm.

In development. Looking for 20 early users to shape it.

The problem

Your best customer conversations never reach the CRM.

In hospitality the real work happens on WhatsApp, on the phone and on site. The CRM only sees what you have time to type up, which is almost nothing.

"What did we promise them last month?"

It's in a voice note somewhere. Or a chef's WhatsApp. Or your head.

"Why did nobody follow up?"

Tasks agreed on a call are forgotten by the next site visit.

"Can you send me a report by Friday?"

So you spend your evening rebuilding a month of conversations.

How it works

Four steps, and you only do the first.

1

Capture

Keep using WhatsApp, calls and email. Send a quick voice memo after a visit. That's it.

2

Check

Fieldnote writes the summary, tasks and who said what. You check it in seconds before it's filed.

3

Act

Tasks close themselves when a later chat shows they're done. An 8am WhatsApp tells you what's due.

4

Sync

Notes and tasks land in your CRM, starting with HubSpot. QBRs and client reports write themselves.

Who it's for

Built by someone who did the job.

Ten years on the operator side of hospitality, then customer success in hospitality software. Fieldnote fixes the admin I lived with every week.

Hospitality tech CSMs and account managers

  • 50+ restaurant accounts, mostly on WhatsApp
  • Onboardings, QBRs and renewals to prepare
  • Managers asking for usage and ROI reports

Contract catering ops managers

  • Sites to visit, clients to keep happy
  • Allergens, food hygiene and IDDSI to track
  • A monthly client report for every contract
New

Onboarding handover, done for you.

When a new customer goes live, the account moves from onboarding to customer success. That's where promises get lost. Fieldnote builds the handover from every conversation since the sale, so the next person starts with the full story.

Questions

Good to know

Does it read my personal WhatsApp?

No. It works with a WhatsApp Business number you connect, or with chats and voice notes you forward to it. Nothing is read without you choosing to send it.

Which CRMs does it work with?

HubSpot first. Salesforce and Attio are next. Without a CRM, Fieldnote keeps the account history itself.

What about phone calls?

Calls through a cloud phone system can be captured automatically. For mobile calls, a 20-second voice memo straight after does the job.

Is it live yet?

Not yet. There's a working demo, and I'm looking for early users to test it on real accounts.
